This training session is aimed at people managing multinational staff. It focuses on effective cross-cultural communication and conflict solving. It also introduces to concept of Globish, a simplified, international form of English, which enables to create a common space for both native and non-native speakers of English.

    • what is culture / types of culture / intercultural communication
    • barriers to intercultural communication (attitude, perception, stereotypes, interpretation, culture shock)
    • verbal and non-communication (eye contact, body language, body language, turn talking, touch)
    • time, space, power
    • Globish
